How not to feel depressed.

This morning I had two lots of bad news. Some days more setbacks occur than others. I won't lie and say I'm so strong it doesn't hurt but here's how I cope: I just pick myself up, shake myself off and start all over again.

There's a time and place for introspective melancholy but not in the daily business of living.
